Love Nails

Best service and nails I've had and I've been to several salons in Denton. Kim took time with me, was patient when I couldn't decide on a color right away, and did my nails exactly like I wanted...and I'm picky. ���� Also, sweet and competent young lady who did my pedicure.

Worst customer service ever after not being asked what service I wanted the nail tech got mad when I showed him what I wanted. After asking for a nail to be refilled he cussed at me saying I'm too damn picky! My nails were not fixed and I had to go to another place. My nails were left with cuts. Worst experience ever!

merely incompetent . I went there for a simple full set and pedicure and they couldn't shape the acrylic to look some what natural and the paint was chipping the next day . never again .

I love Kim here! I believe she is the owner. I do the rounded tips on my nails, and for years all of the people I have gone to have been rude because they do not want to put in the extra work, but she was happy to do it. Not only that, but she did the best nail job I have ever had. I will return here for as long as she does a spectacular job!
