Don't do it! I was with them for 6 months and they went through 4 "processes" for me. Absolutely positively not 1 single ITEM got deleted. Nothing. And they called me up and said well we don't know what to do from here really. Now, I will say, they were very nice and polite. Not once did I get anyone with an attitude or anyone nasty. So the 1 star is not because they weren't nice people but they did not do what they claim they would.



Save the $$$ and do some research and you will find the answers to get things deleted from your report.

It takes a lot to get me to post a review, but my experience with Sky Blue was totally exceptional. Every single person I spoke with there was friendly and super responsive. Above and beyond anything, I really appreciate their honesty. They told me exactly what I needed to do to get my credit scores up. At no point did they make it sound like they had a magic formula. They did their part and I did mine.



For anyone considering credit repair I want to offer the following preview of what it took me to get my scores (my real FICO scores) up to 785.



They asked me to open two secured credit cards and gave me a list to choose from. I picked one that required a $300 deposit and one that required $200. My rep told me to use the cards but to keep the balances very low.



There was also a collection that needed to be paid off. They gave me some advice and I contacted the collector and made an offer, which was accepted.



On my own I also set up a budget so I would never, ever make another late payment.



Sky Blue disputed a whole pile of reporting errors on my report and about 80 percent of them get removed.



The secured cards take about 6 months to give you a big jump in your scores (the first 3 months your scores go down, which my rep told me would happen). So you need a little patience.



I started with a 517 FICO score and ended up with 785.



I signed up knowing I would have to do my part. Sky Blue was totally awesome and gave me a very clear game plan and it worked.



Credit repair is not magic, but it really works. Sky Blue Credit really does it right.

My credit score looked good at first, but their irresponsibility messed it up in the end. Sabrina Marcino is unprofessional and Chris Sloan was helpless. Waste of time and money.
