This company took advantage of my mother. A simple master bath renovation took longer to complete than the construction of my home. The contractor refused to commit to any kind of schedule or time table for when their workers would come and the work would be completed. They refused to obey the condo association’s rules for hours during which they could work. They ran the air conditioning at ridiculous temperatures for days at a time, tripling the electric bill. Some of these items I could forgive as finding reliable dependable workers is challenging. However, my mother became ill during the renovation and this company grossly took advantage of the situation. The quality of the finished product is terrible. The apartment was left a mess, chipped tiles were installed, the ceiling was not cleaned up where cabinet installation damaged it, the shower floor was not installed properly, and the water pools and the hot water heater was broken during the renovation. There has been no willingness to correct any of the errors that occurred during the renovation. Use this company at your own risk.
