We shopped up and down Congress Avenue and they have the most knowledeagle sales person. I actually was in the show room when Mike was in there having a fit because they would not hang up a mirror which they kept telling him was not ever discussed or included in the quote. They redid my kitchen and bathrooms and several other residents in Banyan Springs. Estimate is very precise and detailed you know exactly what youre buying and how much youre paying for it.

I read the reviews online after stopping by the show room. It seemed almost unbelievable that they had such terrible reviews here! I was given so much attention and so much information it was almost too much. Very knowledgeable sales person and we found out later they are family owned. Despite the reviews we had our kitchen, bathroom, and main floor done. Extremely pleased with the design and the workmanship.

Novateck did not finish the job to our satisfaction. Refused to hang up the mirror, refused to readjust drawers in custom vanity, refused to clean gunk of the tile. Nasty and insulting on the phone, Rosemary and Fernanda.

If you want to pay for the owner's mistake, then Novateck is the company for you! The owner miscalculated the floor measurements by 300 sqft. And charged us for the extra flooring, shipping, and labor. Be careful! novateck does not honor its service agreements with customers and will lie to get your business. Please check other reviews on this company before you give them your business.
