Buzz away wild life & bee removal

This is AJ from Buzz away wildlife in the response for the bad review here we did set 3 traps for this lady we caught two animals and one time the traps needed to be reset we went out there and reset the traps this customer was upset that we could possums and not a raccoon there's no guarantee on Wildlife we try to use the correct bait for the animal that's in the target at the time this customer was upset and after to remove the last trap she doesn't need it anymore she no longer sees the raccoon and we caught to animals off her property

Stay away from that company. Once they take your money even if they set up defective traps, they will not refund you. They don't stand behind their services, absolutely no refunds policy. I called them because of a raccoon in our backyard, it took habitat during the day. They set up 3 traps and the raccoon was able to close and move them in 2 occasions. Call them about it, they waited 2 days to come reset them, mind you I was supposed to have them for up to 30 days or 3 animals. The first time I was told that a rat closed the cages, the 2nd time they admitted that raccoons are wild animals and they would sometimes do those kind of things.

They came to my house 1 week later and took their traps with them, one with a small opossum, others closed and empty. I lost my $250. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T USE THAT COMPANY
