One Stop Shop Clean LLC

Do not use this cleaning company. I made an appointment through Groupon. They made me an appointment on memorial day for my carpets to be cleaned. I waited at home all day and no one showed up. So I called the company and he rescheduled me for the next morning at 7am. When he arrived he tried to up charge me for a deep clean cleaning for $157. I explained to him I already paid online through Groupon for a basic cleaning and that's all I wanted. He refused to give me the service I paid for and said I could either do a deep cleaning $156 or he was going to charge me an additional $60 for his transportation if I did the basic and refused to give me what I paid for. He was rude and unprofessional and said he got up at 5 am for this, but it was his employee who didn't show up the day before which is not my fault. Poor service all around.

This guy has honesty issues, BEWARE!!!! I had him do work on tile and he stole $440.00, filed a police report on the business owner for making telephone threats. Furthermore, he

made several women uneasy by making inappropriate comments and statements while in the home, The other review posted "David A" is the business owner.

One Stop Clean did a fantastic job on our carpet. Stains are all gone and it is fresh and inviting. Highly recommend for any floor cleaning service. We won't go anywhere else
