Overall

We bought a carrier 16 seer system for Native air which included an electronic air cleaner. We also had them redo our venting system to bring our home up to todays code and needs. We are now on our 5 compressor and just had to get a new air handler. We have never realized effiency in our electric bills at times have over $500.00 per month bills in a 2033 sq. ft. house. We have had Progress Energy, Duke Energy and Native Air out to find out what the problem has been. Our sytem has consisstely tripped the breakers. Well our air handler went out over the week end and another company had to install a new air handler , we now found out that the entire system was incorrectly wired by native air. We also have our electronic air cleaner that stays on at all times , which should sut offf when the air handler is not on.

We called Carrier early on to complain about the system and they just said call your install company. They came out once but when we had no heat a few winter's ago no call back so we had to call another company . We spent over $13,000.00 originally and countless more money replacing the compressors and now the air handler. We beliieve Native Air of Deland owes us an apology and a refund.
