Anthony's Pizza

I like their calzones, but one night they made mine wrong which I found out after getting home and instead of replacing it, they would only give a 25% discount on my next one. I had them ask the manager and got the same response. Who does that? I had to throw away the one they made wrong because I have a reaction to that specific ingredient. If you have allergies, check everything they give you twice and don’t expect them to correct it if they get it wrong. Shame.

12/20/17 I visited Anthony's Pizza in Deland around 8 PM with my sister and my brother in law... the place was packed, no tables available so we decided making a to go order. The first lady who was taking our order was nice but then a second one came over to continue with our order, immediately I notice this lady was not happy, she was trying to force us to order as fast as we could, I tried not to pay attention to her attitude and we placed our order. after 15 minutes we came back to pick our order and we noticed there were 3 tables available so we changed our minds and decided sitting and eating our order, plus we saw there was a sign that says please sit yourselves. After we were sitting the same rude lady who took our order came to our table and told us we could not stay in the restaurant because our order was to go. I tried explaining to the lady that it is true it was to go but we changed our minds and decided sitting... She said we could not because it was to go; I replied well if there is any additional fee I have to pay so we could stay, I am willing to pay it. She cut me and told us the purpose of sitting is to let the servers help you and that was not happening... we needed to leave because it was a to go order. I said seriously. I decided leaving the place... but while in the parking lot and feeling so bad for been treated this way in front of everybody. I called by phone asking t speak with a manager and she did not let me talk to this person... she only repeated what are the holly rules of the establishment for to go orders.. I hung up the phone. I called the Altamonte location and spoke to Nick who took my name and number to have the owner calling me. I am still waiting for this phone call. I would not recommend this location to no one. No person deserves to spend their money at a place where they will not appreciate you and treat you like you are nothing, very disrespectfully in front of others and your family

Excellent service & great food. Waitresses are exceptionally friendly & very efficient. We have taken friends & relatives there & they all said they wish they had an Anthony"s

in Winter Park, so happy to see you in Deland! Authentic NY style pizza, sold by the slice or pie...love the crust! Everything on the menu is awesome....

Had the spaghetti with sausage, peppers and onions and it was awesome ! Next time I'm gonna have pepperoni and mushroom pizza !

The best pizza I've had in Deland. Real NY style and the crust is great. Don't believe the other reviews. I suspect competitors are nervous and rightly so. Check it out.

This place was horrible!! Service was the worst I ever had. We were there for a long time and still the server never came. Someone sat right behind us and got service right away. I will never go here again!

Did not get the pizza that was ordered. Mozzarella sticks cold. Maybe because they sat in the window for 10 minutes while waiting on The rest.... This is our second visit since they opened and both orders were wrong. Food was okay. Will probably stick with Angelina's up the road.

First time went to this place for take order. Terrible customer service not pleasant at all. acted like they were doing me favor. by taken my order. after 25 minutes I got my order was happy get out of that place! got home took my order out of the boxes and start to eat the food was horrible! right in the garbage can it went!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was given the incorrect food and had to struggle to get the correct food I ordered that was even listed on my reciept! And then I struggled to get a refund! I hadn't touched the food they gave me mistakenly and as I said I even had my reciept with the food I actually ordered. After having to drive back down there and show them the food they gave me incorrectly they finally gave me a refund. No apology or no offer to give me the food I actually ordered. It was extremely frustrating. They were rude and honestly didn't care at all. I work in a resteraunt and know that is NEVER how I would treat a paying customer. Also I found a curly hair baked into my calzone. I'm disappointed and upset they got some of my hard earned money. Will never be eating there again!
