I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. After seeing an ad for this company, I called and requested an estimate. The girl in the office set an appointment at my convenience. The sales person, Howard Sheldon, called me the morning of the appointment to let me know that he would be at my home at the set time. He was very professional, explained everything to me, and we set a date to have the service completed. On the morning the service was set for, the service techs called to say they were on their way. Tony and José were the two service techs. I cannot compliment them enough. They were professional and extremely helpful. My floors turned out absolutely beautiful.

I honestly cannot recommend this company, after sealing my shower floor, the work they did has cracks in it, so I have to pay to have it resealed by someone else, my tile floor had many hollow tiles, where they drilled to insert sealant, when they changed grout tile, you can walk around and see the drill holes on my floor, to top thimgs off they had employee issues when they came to my house, very unprofessional, seriously use someone else

I recently had a wonderful experience with Universal Tile. They removed my old ceramic tile and installed a white Jerusalem stone throughout my apartment & polished & sealed it to a high gloss.
