Horrible!!!!! Was quoted a week for my furniture to come in. Took almost a month and was never contacted to apologize or explain the reason it was taking so long! When I got it, it was beat up and the people who delivered it didn't even know how to break it apart to fit it through my door. I will never use them again!

I purchased a sofa from this company. I love the sofa, but when I purchased it, I chose to pick up the sofa myself to save on the delivery fee. I had to order the sofa, so when I got the message that it was in, I drove to the store to pick it up. At that time, I was told there was no one there that could help me load the sofa. I had someone with me, so I said that would be fine we could load it ourselves. I was told I couldn't do that either because the sofa was on the other end of the shopping center in their warehouse and the lady working in the store did not have a key. So, they told me that the guys that load the furniture and deliver would be back a couple days later and I should just call to be sure they were there. A few days later I tried again to go pick up MY sofa that I had PAID for. When I got there the guys that help load were gone to lunch. The man in the store ( I think he was the manager) told me that he couldn't help me load the sofa because that would mean he would have to close the store to go to the warehouse to open it and let me pick up my sofa. Not my problem that there is never more than one employee there. So, after I put up an argument, he finally closed the store for a few minutes and helped me load the sofa. The manager was rude and unhelpful. After borrowing a truck twice,putting gas in it twice, driving 30 miles to pick the sofa up twice, I finally got my sofa!!!! At one point, I said, if I can't pick up the sofa that I have already paid for, then I would like my money back, so I can actually go somewhere where I can take a sofa home with me that I paid for. I was told I could not get my money back. I would NEVER buy anything here again. Also, Furnish 123 in Decatur is affiliated with this company and shares a warehouse so they have the same manager and issues. Buyers Beware!!! I should have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
