If there was a zero star, I would have chosen it. I called this shop to purchase a Pink Roses Teacup Bouquet for my mom's birthday. I called & a woman named Tammy stated that they had a teacup that was different than pictured for $22 not including the flowers or $5 delivery fee. I stated that was fine but politely mentioned that their website was a little misleading because it states that the bouquet is 'AS SHOWN' for $32.99 & doesn't mention any other fees attached. The lady then started speaking to me with a snooty attitude & proceeded to tell me that www.mcbridefloristdecatur.com wasn't their website, that they can't order things from there because they wouldn't make any money, & that they are allowed to make substitutions, etc. etc. I told Tammy just to cancel my order. I'm not going to buy from a business with rude employees & terrible customer service.

Mcbride,s sent the ulgys plants I ever seen! Would not buy anything there ever again! Please save your money and get from someone else! 1-10 I would give what they sent to my granny fenual a zero! Plus they over charge for what they sent. Run the other way.
