A home construction project using Al Schott or anyone with the last name Schott as contractor and/or carpenter may just be a recipe for disaster. The mess these people left for us went beyond ridiculous. Months after our home was completed, we continue to hire other contractors to try to hide the sloppy, sloppy workmanship. What's worse is that apparently nothing is their fault. They pour an uneven floor, install a crooked door, you name it and it's somebody else's fault. We feel like we were totally ripped off. Be careful as you choose a contractor.
