I recently bought a timeshare through this company, well not really recently seeing as it has been 83 days and have not received the deed to my property. At first, this company was so friendly and kind they offered to book us time for this year at an extra cost. We gave them the $$$ and the dates to book us and they assured they would make the reservation ASAP. the nest 5 weeks we would call everyday to confirm that our reservation was taken care of. The answer we constantly received was let me check on it and call you back. Finally 5 weeks later we finally get the answer of "no I am sorry those dates were not available" What in the world took so long to say no??? We asked for a refund and they said no problem I will but a check in the mail. 3 weeks later nothing. No one would call us back about this matter. Finally we talked to someone named Brian who said "oh I did not realize there was an ergency in getting your money back" What company keeps your money for 2 months and makes you feel like an idiot when you want it back??? CROOKS!!! That's who!!!! Don't trust this company!!!
