I wasn't impressed with Lea Nails. The problems I found was in the lack of cummunication and the service. I went in Aug 22, and paid $68 to get a pedicure and to let them paint my fingernails. The lady who did mine rushed to get it done by putting all the creams and scrubs etc. on all at once.Then she takes less 50 sec to massage them in and rinse it off. While my toe nail polish was drying; she starts my fingernails by cutting all my nails off then she paints them with a different color than she put on my feet. I couldn't believe it. I told her I didn't like it and instead of wiping them off with a cotton ball and alcohol she wraps my fingers together in foil then files the polish off. My nails feel weaker and thinner. I paid $68 for this and it wasn't worth it. One week later my polish was coming off so I went in yesterday and she says "I'll fix it". She actually fixed me. She painted a red on top of 8 toes and left my two big toes pink. When she was done she left without saying a thing. Finally, After five minutes went by I asked for her and the lady said she left for the night. I feel I was treated better at regal nails at the Walmart in new Smyrna. They are friendly and do a great job. For the same service, my nails out lasted them, cost less, and they were more professional. I only paid $25 to get my pedicure and it lasted three months.Whereas, Lea Nails charged me $68 for something that didn't last a week and a half. Note, this was one person I don't think all the staff would treat others this way but she does represent the company. Everyone can go where they want and spend their money as they wish but for me I don't care for their service. In the end, they didn't make it right.

Waist of time and money! Terrible customer service! Overcharge my card $100, they told me to come back to fix it. I live 30 min away. Once I got back they said they'd call me in a week to come back once they figure it out. I said i would accept a credit to come back, and the manger laughed and said no! After stressing about how inconvenient this is they so Rudley took my name and number. The manager laughed at the whole situation. As I walked out I told the other ladies "good luck", they said "thanks we will need it"! I don't plan on ever going there, even to get my money back!

One of the worst nail experiences I've had. I went to get a pedicure and the water was cold the entire time. I asked the nail tech to heat it up and he filled it up with mostly cold water and a little hot so it was cold again in 30 seconds. Also the whole time I was there all the nail techs were completely ignoring their customers and speaking to each other in another language. I don't usually mind people speaking different languages in their store but when it's the entire hour you're their it makes you feel awkward and left out. Plus my paint job was shoddy. My toes are smudge and bare in some spots..
