Couldn't agree more with the poor behavior of the front office staff!! If it's the same lady that others are referring to, her name is Bridgette. They holler out how much your copay is throughout the waiting room, as well as announcing that you're pregnant, but the real low blow was when one of the lady's upfront announced that she was sorry for the loss of my baby!! I wanted to melt into the floor!! As far as doctor, Baldwin didn't seem to care too much that I had been told for 21yrs that I couldn't have children, but was all of the sudden pregnant. When I went for my first appointment at what would of been 8wks, she ordered blood tests, but it didn't include having my HCG levels tested. 3wks later(what would of been 11wks pregnant), I went to the ER for spotting to find out that I had lost the baby at 7wks. I was getting prenatal care for a baby that had never existed during my visits...something that could of been determined less than a week after my first visit if she was testing my HCG levels(a test that IS typically done when one has had problems conceiving AND is 39yrs old)! Ironically, I already had an appointment scheduled for the day after going to the ER that turned into confirmation of no heartbeat & gestational period. Once it was confirmed of no heartbeat, the only concern became that of a D&C. It was very much frowned upon to allow me to see if nature would take its course. I chose to wait for a D&C because of the statistics of permanent scarring. The abrupt click of the phone when I called with my decision, made it very clear that it wasn't what the office wanted me to do. However; 9 days later, my body did what it needed to do, without surgery! I understand that they probably see miscarriages often, but a little patience & compassion for someone's dream not coming true would of been nice. Sad to say that the only positive outcome from losing my child is that I know where not to go if ever there's a next time!

Couldn't even schedule an appt to be seen for a 2" ovarian cyst. The receptionist was very rude to me on 3 separate phone calls. Same lady. Can't remember her name. She is losing this place business.

I would also give zero stars if I could - Clearly this office does *NOT* care if they retain patients, nor get new ones. They treat people like a dollar sign and it is very obvious that their only priority is collecting the money - and *NOT* the patient! This place is a very sad excuse for health care, and I would rather go ANYWHERE else (and most certainly will, from now on)!

Nice place, seemingly nice drs. Or at least I'd like to believe that. HOWEVER,nurse called me telling me I needed 3 appts for something of which I don't show signs of, nor have a diagnosis.She told me my health was in danger, baby may have defects...due to the fact my hips were loose, I had this rare genetic condition.In addition there were no red flags/symptoms of disorder, nor in any of my appts. I asked if I had to do this, I was told no. I said I did not want to do this,but I would be happy to do a diagnostic test. Halifax then dropped me at 30 weeks. Halifax did not seem to be concerned whether 1) I had a diagnosis 2) whether I ever got a diagnosis. If I had known if it was a question of liability.They would have forced me to pay out of pocket for these treatments, plus a c-section, just on basically heresy? How is that appropriate? I NEVER SPOKE with my doctor,only this nurse. After asking around, I've discovered that many more have had this same thing happen to them here

I have been very frustrated with how rude and unaccommodating the front office has been every time I call. I love Dr. Carbeiner and have always had a good experience with her as a doctor but do not appreciate how difficult it is to make appointments and request prescriptions.

Dr. Baldwin is an AMAZING doctor!! I had uncontrollable bleeding and had to have a partial hysterectomy. I could not ever asked for a better doctor!! Very knowledgeable, caring, and she took her time with the care that she gives!! Absolutely an Angel sent from Heaven!! Thank you Dr. Baldwin I will never be able to Thank you enough and I will always remember the remarkable help you have given to me!! God Bless You Always!!!

The front office staff is very difficult and rude. No customer service at all. Dr. Carbiener is a nasty woman who practices medicine based off her own personal beliefs instead of what is best for her patience. This office told me I could no longer have children... I am currently 4 months pregnant. I will never set foot in this hell hole again.

The doctors are wonderful especially Dr. Bell! However the downfall of this office is the office staff. The first people you see should be welcoming and nice, they are not! They are rude and not personable at all. I delievered my first baby with them and the expierence was GREAT therefore I was very excited when I found out I was expecting again. I recieved a phone call the thursday before my apointment and was left a message, I called right back and got no answer so I left a message but recieved no return phone call. The next day I called the same person and she was not at her desk again so I left a 2nd message and recieved no phone call back yet again. So come the following monday I show up for my appointment expecting it to go as normal as all my others and boy was I WRONG! The lady at the front said I needed to pay an ungodly amount of money up front and that she tried to call me without reaching me which happens to be the same person I tried calling twice the week before. I drove 45 minutes to get there and that didnt seem to matter one bit all she could say was "Oh". On top of all of it they couldn't even get my insurance information correct. I will NEVER go there again and that makes me sad because i think Dr.Bell was the best doctor I had ever seen!
