From start to finish these guys helped my husband I anytime we needed. We we're so stressed about the move and working with this company took a lot of pressure off of us during this time. This is the 3rd year that I am using Ark Moving Group LLC for my student daughter, and the customer service has been fantastic just like every year! The ladies in their office are so helpful and patient. They really know what they are doing! They saved me so much time and effort on this move. My daughter says that the crew that came to move her was very nice and efficient like every year and this year they even helped her to get rid of some stuff.

I certainly got a taste of it this time. The movers, who maintained their timings, were just so efficient. Their speed really ensured my bill to stay low. All our belongings were carefully packed, loaded and delivered without any issues. I am just so grateful to this moving company and will recommend them to everyone for sure.

I figured I would hire a moving company that is at the top of their game. I recently hired Ark Moving Group LLC to handle my relocation and I was absolutely surprised seeing how efficient and professional these guys are! From their timing to their skills, everything was top notch. It took the movers such a small time to finish loading everything from my house. Not even a glass was delivered broken! The fierce competition also meant a low quote for me. I don’t know whether it was the competition or years of experience that made this company so efficient. Either way, they were a treat to me.

Ark Moving helped us at the very last minute on Aug 31 when our movers (Chicago Express Movers) left us stranded. I am very grateful to them as I do not know anyone as I was from out of town. We had made prior arrangements with our movers but they never showed up. We were waiting and finally we managed to get Ark Moving to pick our stuff from storage to my daughter's new apartment. Ark Moving did us a great favor and completed the job within two hours. If it was not for them, I do not know what would have happened.

I used this moving company several times and I will definitely do it again. They work very good. There is no mess after them in the house. They just come and do what you tell them to do. And you don’t need to repeat several times in order to get what you want. I wanted them to be careful with my personal things and they were. I wanted to do it fast and it was done very quick. I like the way they work, and I will hire them again. Highly recommend!

I liked the way they spoke to us. We just told them what to do and they did it the right way. They delivered the stuff very fast and our daughter moved very quick to her new apartment. We are all very happy with this moving.

Great move. Guys packed wrapped everything. They were fast polite efficient and professional. 3rd time I have used them. Truck arrived on time. Loaded fast and each item was professionally wrapped moved with care. Then unwrapped and placed where my wife wanted. Excellent job guys. Highly recommend
