A Pump & Sprinkler Service

One day I noticed my yard was getting dangerously dry. It was then I realized the sprinklers weren't working. I called A Pump & Sprinkler and 1 hour later they came. They were a super nice father and son operation and had the problem solved in less than 15 minutes. If they hadn't come to the rescue I might be paying for sod now. You can call these folks with confidence, they are super nice and really know their stuff.

Called the service this AM. They called me back right away. By 2:00 p.m. problem was completely taken care of and sprinklers back in action better than ever before. Super fast efficient service. The two gentlemen who came to the house to do the work couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to meet them both! I found my sprinklers not watering the lawn at all. I contacted my usual sprinkler company,JEB Smith Sprinklers. Upon explaining the situation to him he advised it sounded like my pump motor may have gone bad along with the fact that he didn't work on pump motors and suggested I contact Jason (Owner) of A Pump and Sprinkler System 386-672-1100. Upon speaking with Jason he advised he would be to my home shortly. Approx one half hour later he arrived. TALK ABOUT A QUICK RESPOSE TIME! Jason looked at the system originally thinking the pump motor may have gone bad. Upon further checking he found the pump had some wiring issues which he resolved along with finding the breaker pad within the exterior breaker box was loose which he corrected. Within 45 minutes my situation was resolved. Had he not been honest he could have said I needed a pump motor costing me hundreds of dollars. Instead total cost $85.00. I highly recommend Jason's service and crew it is very unusual in this day and time to find a honest contractor. He is a diamond in the ruff !!!

If i could give A Pump & Sprinkler Service 100 stars i would! I have a house on well water and the pump burned up during the night. Next morning called Jason and he had Nate sent over. In less then a hour Nate was here and the new pump was delivered to my home as well. Nate was awesome and tripled checked everything before he was done. Couldn't be happier with the new pump as it is extremely quiet compared to my old F&W pump they replaced. Thank you again Jason and Nate!

A Pump & Sprinkler was recommended to me by a sprinkler company in Ormond that does not work on pumps. I was told to call Jason. I expected to be told there would be quite a wait, I was not told that. Jason had one of his techs out to my house pretty quickly, then discussed my options with me and I opted for a new pump, considering the long-time salt water effects I was probably dealing with. The pump was installed quickly, professionally and for a reasonable price. I could not be more satisfied and will recommend this company to anyone in need. Thank you A Pump & Sprinkler!

A Pump & Sprinkler Service was recommended by my long time sprinkler guy because he does not work on pumps. Anyway, called Jason @ A Pump. He advised that it would be Monday @ 4 before he can come. At 4pm Mon. Jason sent Nate. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. With in few minutes, he had the pump working and continued to troubleshoot for low pressure & leaks. Anyway, after a hour later, all are fixed. Very satisfied with A Pump & Sprinkler Service, especially Nate. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you. 👍👍

We called Jason Blackwelder on Tuesday and showed up Friday morning as promised with two team members and his hoist truck. In two hours he had pulled the internal pipe, jet and foot valve, rebuilt the system and had it operating all while explaining what they were doing. They were fast and efficient a great work ethic and attitude. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others. The whole team was professional and worked well together.

Our well stopped delivering water to our house last night. I called Jason this morning and he told me his guys would be there within an hour. They were right on time. Nate and John were both genuinely happy to help and once they knew what the issue was, they had it completely resolved and water running again in 30 - 45 minutes. They were highly competent, extremely cordial and point on professional. We will certainly be calling on A Pump and Sprinkler Service when we have issues in the future.

Called Jason on a Monday to make an appointment to check our lawn irrigation system. Nate and John responded on Wednesday and they were on time and were very personable. This is a big plus for me. I explained what was happening with the system. They checked the entire system, cleaned out several lines, replaced and set the pattern on the new heads. They then cleaned up and were careful enough to be able to place the sod back in the same location. All this at a good price. I recommend this company and will do business with them in the future.

I talked to two company's before I got in contact with Jason. One said I needed a new well, the other wanted to charge the price of a new well to fix the old one. There was an issue with my well, but with Jason's technical knowledge he was able to get it working again. He literally saved me thousands of dollars. Can't thank him enogh.

They arrived quickly after I called very early on a Saturday morning because my well pump wasn't working, leaving me with no water. They were able to quickly figure out the problem, and not only fixed it, but improved the setup in no time.
The whole team was wonderful, polite, and took time to explain everything to me, teaching me about the well water system which was still new to me.

Jason Blackwelder returned my phone call for service after calling 5 different sprinkler companies, during a drought period. Others didn't call back or put us off anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. He showed up as scheduled and got the job done while accommodating my schedule. He was very knowledgeable, fair and hard working. Hard to find these days!

Just bought a home and the sprinkler system's timer box was not coming on, yard and plants were drying up. Nate, the service technician who came out was very prompt and professional. Through his expertise he determined that it was not the timer box but rather a wire had been cut between the timer box and the valve. He solved the problem and everything is now functional again. I took several cards and would recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks to Nate for a job well done!

Jason came over within a few hours of my request for help replacing my well submersible pump. While pulling the old pump out of the well took some time, everything was eventually set in place and perfectly calibrated to my system. Overall everything was an upgrade to my system and they did great work and did not leave until I was perfectly satisfied.

I am very thankful to finally find an honest and knowledgeable company for my pump and sprinkler system and well. After being told that my pump needed to be replaced, Jason came out and within minutes had my pump and sprinkler system up and running, he reset my sprinkler system and repaired the suction line for $90. The 2 previous quotes where $550 and $780. I will be using them for all of my irrigation needs and will recommend them to everyone.

Jason came out today, assessed the problem, and replaced my pump all in about 45 minutes. Super nice, honest and efficient. Definitely recommend!!
