Jani-King

Jani King called wanting to give us a qoute and get our business. They wrote us a proposal and which we agreed to, and they started cleaning our building to weeks later. Two days into it they dropped off a ridiculous contract they wanted signed. They never mentioned anything about a contract in the bginning or the whole two week waiting period before they were to start. This was not a regular one year agreement or anything, they had clauses and liquidated damages and on and on. We refused to sign the contract with their terms and conditions and they dropped off the keys and stopped cleaning that night. I had heard one other bad report about them from another company but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt, now I'm sorry I did. Not impressed at all!
