Giraffe Doors

I Called around to several places to get a price on a cable repair. Giraffe Door would not give me any ballpark estimate as to what this job might cost. The person i spoke to on the phone only wanted to keep pushing to send out a repair man, and when he is there he will give you the cost. Why does every other garage door business give me a price range of what this might cost? Very miss leading.

Have to say that contacted Giraffe doors the night before on call because our fairly new garage door was not going up.

I suspected due to the weight of the door that it was the counter balance system. Sure enough that is what Mike confirmed. Mike arrived a couple of minutes before our 9:00 A.M. appointment and by 9:17 A.M. the repairs were complete. Mike was courteous, respectful, efficient, and professional unlike their competitors.

Had a Torsion Spring break and fixed the same day.Very dependable and fast on service calls.

Definitely a great business to work with!
