Air City Cab Dayton Yellow Cab

I called an hour before needing a taxi and was told they would be there. I needed it to be at work at 11:00 . At 10:45 they still was not there. When I called they said they were busy and someone would be there in 10 minutes. I called again at 11:10 now late to work to be told rudely that they were busy. They finally picked me up at 11:30. I will never call them again.

I have never EVER been more disgusted in my LIFE with a cab company! How does this place stay in business?? I called just to get how much rates were so I could get a cab and the guy was rude and snapping on me and was down right IGNORANT! I would rather play the dangers of hitch hiking then ever use them. I did nothing to agitate him,he snapped at the beginning of the call as soon as I asked the question. Where do they do that at? I hope his business closes down!

Wanted to charge a minimum of $15 for a mike trip- would have walked but foot in cast. Very rude when asked about the price.

Since when can`t you call a cab for someone else? At 1:30 am Sept 3 2011, A girl showed up on my porch saying her boyfriend ditched her and she needed a ride home. I did not want to hand this stranger my cell phone so I tried to call a cab for her. The rude, arrogant s.o.b who answered the phone said he had to talk to the person who needed the ride or he could`nt help me.... Then hung up on me! I had given him her name and told him she was waiting on my porch, I could have easily said I was her so what difference did it make if I was calling for her? what a stupid, moronic, rude, DUMB, man.
