Our technicians Aaron and Tom (Job#HD101132) on 2/9/21 were professional and did a great job. They worked all day in freezing cold weather to get our house generator installed. Highly recommend. They know their stuff!

Great Job! From the beginning to the end. Our furnace went out on 1/1/2021(NewYear’s Day) what a way to start the year. My husband contacted Holland on Mon. 1/4/2021. Jeff came out the same day and gave us an estimate on a furnace, which we accepted.(great presentation). On Tuesday. 1/5/2021 our furnace was installed by Billy and Justin K. Job#RA101050-2. They were great! They explained how to operate the thermostat and also the installation and the maintenance of the furnace; they also cleaned up when the job was done. Thanks guys job well done! 👏🙂

Brandon McKone the Holland service technician took the time to point out a very difficult to see hairline fracture in my furnace's heat exchanger. Furnace is 15 years old, so an entire replacement is more prudent than just a repair. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain my options. Levell and Justin K. did the new installation. Frank and Steve installed our whole house generator. Frank was extremely knowledgeable and explained the best placement for optimum efficiency and longevity. They were both very kind and very nice to deal with. I truly recommend Holland Heating and cooling.

Frank and Jaron came to our house on September 24th to install a full-service home generator (Job #009204). The installation went very smoothly, and the team thoroughly explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. After the installation was complete, they reviewed what they had done and what we needed to do to maintain the generator. Friendly, efficient, and professional service!

What a pleasure to have such a rare, top notch professional team assigned to install my whole house generator. I could not have hand picked better people. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and specifically did the job just the way I would like to have them do it. My first observation was their honesty in explaining exactly what they were going to do. They worked as a team, knowing what each team member was going to do, sometimes without even communicating among themselves. They took the time to figure out the best solution for wiring location before beginning work, making the old adage "measure twice, cut once" a perfect example of their doing the job right the first time. All along, I was assured that they would clean the work area to leave it the way they found it... and they did!

On 9-21-2020 I had a new furnace installed by Tom and Ryan. Job#RH009211. They did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and introduced themselves. Two of the most professional guys that I have dealt with. They walked me through what they were going to do and keep me informed throughout the installation. They installed the furnace in a timely manner. They did a great job and it looks very nice and neat. It truly looks like it was installed by true professional that take pride in their work. They left the job site looking better than it was before they came in. I will recommend them and have people ask for them by their name. I know Tom and Ryan went above and beyond. On September 17th, 2020, Aaron W. and Taylor from Holland Heating and Cooling came to my home for a generator installation (work order # HD009175). They were on time, pleasant and professional. Aaron explained everything before they started and completed the job in less than 4 hours. I am very pleased with the product and the service delivery.
