College Square Apartments

I have rented in College Square Apartments Davie, FL for a year and a half, it was my worst mistake to rent it here.. few points to consider before renting here,
1. All the appliances are way way OLD - so even though your rent will be low,( REALLY? no rent is same as other communities near by and other communities are way nicer and cleaner than this one), your electricity will be highest, so you won't save any money renting here.
2. It's very very dirty
3. Don't even think about getting your deposit back, because they want to clean apartment(even though apartment is in the same condition you rented) after you leave using your deposit amount
4. If you ask for something to fix in your apartment, be ready to get done in couple of months, it takes them way way long time to fix anything

SO MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO NOT EVEN CONSIDER RENTING HERE .. THERE ARE BEAUTIFUL PLACES NEAR BY.. DON'T GO HERE
