Nails of America

I have just move to the Davidson area recently. Nails of America is convenient located close to where I currently live so it is easy for me to visit in here for pedicure and manicure. Last week , I got manicure here, looking for a creamy gel color on my nail. It lasted for 2 week without even a smudge. The staff are very friendly , I will come back this nail salon more and more

Once the owners changed about 2 years ago, the quality of service has progressively declined. Initially it was like a spa like experience. First time with new owners, fantastic. Then we began to notice time, attention to detail, and performance became more and more inadequate. Currently looking for someplace new, since convinence is no longer going to win over the service provided.

I never like to write reviews but decided to create an account to write one after the wonderful service that Nails of America and staff provided me and my family when they visited this July 4th Weekend. We came without an appointment for over 10 people, from adults to little children and they were very accommodating and allowed us to relax and get out in time for our family events. I was told they changed management recently which would explain how our experience was different from the previous reviewer. I would return to this place because it isn't far from our house and plan to have my wedding party come here to get prep in a few months.

Hi, my name is Kathy. I am so happy. I just went to Nail of America got my nails and pedicure done, they are very friendly and they take time. The best I like very clean. They do really good job on my nails and toes. I am so please. I will tell on my family and my friend about it. I will come back for more.

These people are rude, rude, rude. I have given this establishment multiple chances to redeem themselves, but after one year, I am done giving them my business. They prefer that you tip in cash, and have no problem calling you out when you add tip to your credit card. My issue is that I tip in the neighborhood of 25-40% on a service, partly to help pay for the costs of the credit card machine. Instead of being grateful for a big tip, they call you out in front of other customers. This has happened to me personally multiple times. Today was my last. I'll gladly drop my $50+ for a pedi somewhere else! To them I say: 1) It's the cost of doing business. 2) Pay taxes on your tips like everyone else. 3) Be THANKFUL you have business, and generous tippers, in this economy, especially when you work in a service industry. 4)Stop trying to up-sell your customers. I don't want to hear your sales pitch when I've already told you I what I want.. I've only gone to them because they are closest to my house, but no more! My money is just as good 5 miles down the road as it is at their location. I would give it zero stars if I could. Done! Done! Done!
