QC Family Dentistry

I was estimated insurance would pay a certain amount then had the procedure done. Afterwards was informed insurance paid $2000 short of what I was estimated leaving $4000 balance at the office. I paid $2000 right away then set up a payment plan for the remaining. Was making payments then about a year later, balance was sent to collection agency! Was then told the payment plan didn't matter. Also was charged interest through the office while I was on the 'payment plan' and the balance sent to collections was higher than what I actually owed. Very uosetting. Would never recommend getting high dollar procedures done at this office.
