        Overall

        When I had PR Masonry rebuild my chimney, the work was terrible. They didn't do the step flashing around the chimney as they said. They left weep holes at the top of the chimney. They pulled up shingles and didn't fill the nail holes. All of this resulted in leaks and water damage to my house costing more than $10,000 in repairs. Despite my notifying them right after they finished the job there were problems and despite their offering a 20 year warranty, the owner came out and said the work was "normal and customary" and they did nothing. Now my roof is compromised and I have interior damage. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody unless they want their house wrecked.
