We recently purchased our kitchen appliances from Stan and Paul's. We had shopped around extensively and we had never bought at Stan and Paul's before. Lynne helped us with everything from out budget to our living style to rebates. We couldn't have been more pleased. When we were finally able to take delivery (no pressure from them at all) we had the appliances in less than a week...so happy!

I bought my washer and drier from Stan and Paul's and their delivery was prompt and above and beyond what I expected. The seal on my washer ripped and their repair department was reasonably priced and very helpful. I will definitely get my next appliances here.

I recently used the repair service for our dishwasher a Maytag . The problem was that our dishwasher was not getting enough water pressure to clean the top rack well. The repair so we were informed was a new motor at 300.00 dollars, my husband consented to this . A day later the dishwasher was not working at all!!! Called the service dept. again, they came out to see what the wrong. Turns out the inlet valve on the end of our plumbing was no good and the dishwasher was not receiving water. I figured we paid for a motor for nothing and oh I look forward to it breaking down in a year and one or two weeks after warranty ends. Be sure your plumbing is working properly or you could be paying for a new motor too!!!!!!On the upside the service man was pleasant..

I purchased my first set of appliances 19 years ago from Stan & Pauls. I need to update them and went back to purchase new appliances, again Paul was very helpful with picking out the right appliances. Delivery was a breeze. Once again I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

As another note: Stan & Pauls should have referred me to a certified GE repair facility and apparently they did not. I also reported this to GE and hopefully GE will drop them from their list of certified distributors.

When the technician came by my house they determined the cause was the condenser had failed and the air conditioner would have to go back to the shop for repair. The technician advised to call Stan & Pauls to see what they would be able to do; so I did. Well the result of my conversation with the owner/manager/whatever his role is was a waste of my time. He stated there was nothing he could do and he wished they could since they are the best at servicing customers in southeastern Massachusetts; yada yada yada. He said if they had an air conditioner available he would let me use it until the repairs were completed. Well about half an hour later I had my wife call to see if they had any air conditioners and he provided a list and my wife responded back by saying you told my husband that you have no air conditioners available. If you want to be the best at customer servicing and want repeated business you would have taken a new air conditioner out of the box and set it aside for u

In May of 2013 I installed the air conditioner and noticed no cold air was blowing from the air condition. I call Stan & Pauls to report the issue along with the other issue I had the previous year since the air conditioner is still under warranty. They stated I had to call the repair shop and provided the phone number. I stated that since the air conditioner was under warranty and had reported an issue the previous year if they could just return the air conditioner back to GE and provide me a new air conditioner since the weather was hot and I needed an air conditioner. They said they could not do that as the warranty was for repairs. Well come to find out the repair shop was another business that does repairs for Stan & Pauls (Note: if you need repairs do not go there since they dont do their own repairs and make a commission off someone elses repairs).

I purchased a new GE air conditioner from Stan & Pauls in June of 2012 and used the air condition for three months. A couple of days after the purchase I called Stan and Pauls to report an issue about the air conditioner never turning back on when it was on energy saver. I spoke with different individuals and explained my problem. When an air condition is on cool the condenser turns off when the temperature is set and the fan remains on while in energy saver the fan and condenser turns off. In both modes the air conditioner should turn back on when the temperature is a few degrees outside the set temperature. Apparently no one at Stan and Pauls knew how an air condition operates. I kept telling them my air conditioner was defective but they said thats how the GE air conditioners operate as they never turn back on when the temperature is set when in energy saver mode. I gave up trying to explain my rational since the employees at Stan & Pauls seem incompetent.

Have purchased several appliances from them over the years. Nice, helpful sales staff. Easy delivery. Great repair team. If you feel it's better to spend your money at locally owned businesses (esp. when they match prices of larger national chains[Best Buy, Lowes, etc.]), this is the only place to shop for appliances.

Stan& Pauls Service Department WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! THEY ALMOST SET MY HOUSE ON FIRE!!! So let me tell you my story, about 10 years ago spent over $15,000 on all new kitchen appliances at Stan and Pauls in North Dartmouth, MA. Since then I have had every appliance serviced at least twice and finally all the items including: dishwasher, Garbage disposal, Jenn Hi end down draft stove/oven, have been replaced. JUNK!!! Only thing left is refrigerator and that has been repaired 3 times and is in need of repair right now... Well to get back to my review about 8 months ago had my LG dryer repaired $300.00 when Stan & Pauls repair guy installed the gas valve and he forgot to hook up something and sent flames up into my dryer. He then hooked up correctly at least I thought. I could smell a faint hint of gas occasionally when dryer was turned on but it would dissipate and the dryer worked. Six months later dryer caught on fire luckily my son was home and smelled the smoke, lint vents and h

We had a wonderful experience with Stan and Paul's. They came the same day that we called with our request for service. They were professional and very experienced; fixing the problem (including ordering parts) within 4 business days. It took a nearby (in Westport) company almost a month with the problem remaining unsolved! Thanks Stan and Paul's- we will recommend you to everyone.
