Waffle House

Left me on hold for a long time with me being able to listen to their entire conversation. Got down the road good and No Syrup and No Butter. Guess I'm suppose to eat a dry waffle. I'd expect more professionalism also.

We went yesterday for lunch... I ordered their chicken salad.... I asked the waiter if the cook can avoid cooking it beside pork.. The cook already washed the whole grill for me and the food was wonderful. Thanks "Sabrina"... The service was great thanks "D'onder" always checking us and reveling our drink... Place is clean inside and outside.

Staff was horrible. Very immature and childish. A bit rude & sarcastic. Food was horrible gave me a terrible stomach virus for a week after eating their steak & hash browns. Would never go back to any Waffle House restaurant would even advise my family & children not to go. Traumatic experience.

The Waffle house in Datlington SC is not welcoming at all and the staff (to be more specific), I'm guessing she's the manager because her picture is posted on the front door entrance, has the most uninvited attitude. Her attitude was very below a "0". That was my first time visiting and my last! Also because I have never been to the location my first move was to pick up a menu. She rudely said "Can I help" I responded" I just want to look over the menu" She acted as if I was taken up her time (There was only one customer inside who wasn't even eating). The customer even responded to the lady "Where are u from?" Giving her the impression that action is speaking louder than words. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Not to mention as I looked over the menu she stared at me up in down like a pushy salesperson. I finally told her what I wanted. She asked "How do you want your eggs?" I said over easy.. She looked at me with disgust or as if I was speaking an unknown language...This was the worst experience and I will never stop there again. As I do leave for work early mornings breakfast will grab from another establishment with people who enjoy working for there company. No more WaffleHouse. Customer service sucks but the food was not bad.
