Commercial Renovators

I purchased a "flipped" home from Commercial Renovators and it has been the most costly error of my life. We are still finding major defects that were intentionally concealed, patched, shoddily repaired and in violation of codes. We made our latest discovery today when removing the hall carpet in order to lay flooring matching the kitchen and family room. This is just one of many horrors here. This home was advertised as having been extensively updated. In reality it had been covered with a massive baid-aid. The electrical was rigged in numerous places and we have been told we are lucky the house hasn't burned or we haven't been electrocuted. Their sub contractors were just as lax...HVAC, electrician, pest control/bond. I am sorry for the day I ever saw this place. The move was due to medical issues and I must have been devoid of all living brain cells . I don't see how these people sleep at night.
