While I agree with the person who posted about the blowdryer in the self-serve bathing area being cold and loud, this self-wash service has been great for me as far as bathing is concerned. I have a tiny bathroom, a hairy Cocker Spaniel, (and I do try to clean up after using the room), and having this service saves my back!The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, honest if they don't have an answer, and don't try to up-sell you as soon as you walk in! I've had the same experience in both Danvers and Stoneham, MA.

In this store they have a self wash room where you can bring in your pet to wash and blow dry for $15.00. Reasonable price and very convenient. My dog is 14 yrs old and I have been washing her in my home ever since. Getting hair everywhere from washing her in the tub and then blow drying her hair where it would get everywhere was a lot to clean up. When I head about the self wash here I was thrilled that they came up with this idea to wash them there. When I brought her in I was very excited but she was not. My dog was screaming and acting out like never before. The room was full of dog hair from other dogs, the blow dryer is VERY COLD,LOUD and wayyy to powerful for any dog never mind my little one, and I did not feel like she was clean at all. I ended up taking her home all wet shacking and scared all to just re wash her and blow dry her all over again. BEWARE!!!
