United Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning

People from this company seem very nice and friendly when you contact them for first time, but once you have paid for the service and expect them to comply with their offers, they simply ignore you and don't even care about your situation........



I set up appointments for them to go to my house in different days to perform a maintenance work (covered by the warranty I had paid 6 months before). They didn't show up and every time I called them requesting explanations they answered me they were going to make an internal research and contact me back.... something that never happened!! not even when I escalated my complaint and talked to different managers, they never called me back!!



They posted the BBB logo on their website but they are not a certified business and they have been rated with an F (the worst one!!), I discovered it too late when I filed my complaint...... Unfortunately for me, the most help that I could receive from the BBB was to mediate in my case, but this company also ignored the BBB attempts to contact them, so my complaint was closed for "no response".



After that, I just gave up trying to deal with this company and "took my loss"......
