Poor customer service. I called at 7:50pm, was told the Technician would be at my house within an hour. 9:30pm, no call, no show. Called back at 7:00am, was told the Technician would call me. 8:30am, no call no show. called back to service at 8:45am, was told the Technician will call me soon. 9:30 am, no call, no show. If this is how you treat your clients, then I don't need service from you, which is what I received--No Service. They may do great work, but I will never know.
