If I could, I would give a -10! He, Mark, sold a friend of mine a car that he gave a warranty on. Sounds good huh!? She bought it in April and had continous trouble untill he finally listened to her and drove the car with her inside the car. He admitted that she had a transmission problem that was covered. That was in June! He still hasn't fixed her car nor even has called. The owner likes for you to pay money up front for purchases and repairs and then you have to deal with him for months.

They are very thorough. They explain and show you what they are about to repair before starting the serive.
