I will not recommend nor will I send anyone to this unprofessional business established , they will come and take your deposit and will stop answering the phone , then they make all kinds of excuses on why they can't come and finish the job, they will give you the run arounds and the wife Mary or Maria very rude and unprofessional. I will report them to the BBB , Texas Attorney General and Texas Consumers . All they do is take your money and then call with the lies . DO NOT TURST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!

I was a bit hesitant at first to contact this company after reading the negative reviews but there aren't many companies around that offer what I was looking for and since the reviews were a bit outdated I chose to give them a chance. I spoke to Bill and scheduled an estimate for security bars. They came to my home the next day. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional and their quote was reasonable so I ordered bars for me windows at first to see how their work would look like on my house. The job turned out so well that I went ahead and ordered 2 doors. The price was well worth it they used heavier materials than I was expecting and it all turned out way better than I expected. I recommend this company to anybody that really want security bars. I will be calling them again soon for rails for my steps.

Don't ever call them because they won't show up. My son made 2 different appointments with them and they have been no shows. Then they won't answer your call unless you call from a different number. Save yourself. I looked them up on the BBB and saw two complaints of the same thing No SHOWS!! They took other peoples money and they show up again. So very unprofessional!!!!!!!

Positive:

This father son team does excellent work. I have purchase both window guards, air condition guards, and door guards from them on three separate jobs. They build the product themselves from solid steel and not tubular steel construction. The cost includes measurements, the product itself and installing. They are glad to give you advice. They did 13 windows and four doors and two air condition units for around $4000 for my property. They also give free estimates that are good for 15 days.

I am extremely happy with 3 of the security doors, all 13 security windows, and one of the air condition cages. I am not happy with one of the air condition cages and one of the security doors. I feel it is mainly my fault that I got these two products that I am unhappy about. When writing the contract for two of the security doors, the business owner said one with screen and one without screen. I should have objected to this or at least ask to see pictures of what the doors look like. However, thinking about it I feel the business owner should had ask me what I prefer instead of making it his choice. At the same time I could have said no or hold it, please show me what the one without screen will look like. I hate the door because you must have a key to get out and it has to be locked to stay close. If I had realized these two things I never would have choose this door. They built the doors from scratch and so I was obligated to pay for it. The third job I had them do was two cages for the air condition out side unit plus two windows, and two doors. The owner called me and ask about one of the air condition units and said it did not need a top opening. Also I called him and gave him the measurements of the cement block that was later installed. Again, I should have said I wanted the top to open. After he brought it out I realize that if the air conditioner broke down I would have to pay someone to remove the cage to replace the air condition unit. Also he had to cut the bottom of the cage because it was to small to fit around the cement block (I am sure the measurements I gave over the phone were corrected).

Negative:

I call the owners Wednesday and said I wanted to have the door I did not like redone and that I would pay for it (The cost wold be $225). Bill told me he would be out Friday around 1 PM. He never showed. I waited all the rest of the day. I decide to live with the door. I have waited over a week and they have not contracted me. This seems to be a problem with them. I had them do 3 separate jobs for me to complete all the projects. The first job contract 4/19 completed 4/23 Excellent. Second job contract 8/11/2011 completed 8/29/2011. Third job was told would take about 2 weeks, took 26 days. On the second and third job I had some problems with good communication on their part.
