The most unprofessional lookin...

The most unprofessional looking and acting company owner I have ever had to deal with in my life. James Sykes the owner of the company was completely rude to my wife on the phone and seemed bothered he had to answer the phone. When he showed up to look at our heater he didn't look like a professional repairman he showed up wearing old blue jeans with holes and stains all over them with a worn out faded t-shirt with holes in it to. Besides how he looked he misdiagnosed my system and I had to have another company come out and fix what he supposedly repaired. Do not let this guy in your house

I was made to use this so call...

I was made to use this so called A/C, heater company by my home warranty policy. I called to make an appointment and after two days the owner of the company James Sykes returned my call. He set up an appointment and needless to say he showed up late and looked totally unprofessional. He wore old jeans with a hole in them and a dirty t-shirt. He looked at the heater and said it needed 400 dollars worth of parts to get it working and that he would get the parts and return the next to day to install them. Three days later I was still waiting for him to return to repair the unit or atleast return my phone call. I called another company and all that needed replaced was a 99 cent fuse. So beware James and his company they are out to rip you off.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. My warranty company assigned them to repair my A/C system. They didn't return my phone call for three days and when I did get a hold of someone "The owner James Sykes" he supplied the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. After he supposedly fixed my system it quit working within a day. When I called my own A/C company out they showed me how James not only didn't repair my system he put the wrong parts on it. THIS company and owner suck.

We have used several different a/c and heating companies in the cypress area over the years, and finally found a good one. Honest, fair,knowledgable. Thank you american comfort!!!!!

I made a claim with First Amer...

I made a claim with First American Warranty, they chose this company. I called 4 times in an hour before someone answered. When the guy answered, I said to him that it was almost 100 degrees in my house, he responded with,"So, are 50 other peoples houses" I asked him why he was being an a**hole and he said, "Oh, no thats it" And then hung up on me. Almost in tears, I want to EXPRESS that this is by far the worst service I have EVER experienced.

This customer is completely inaccurate. She called 4 times before her warranty company had even sent the request to us. we received the the request after hours and called her to set an appt for the next morning. she said this would be unacceptable and she wanted someone out there right now. After she called her warranty company and found out that their other contracters were scheduling for four days later, she called back and demanded she be put at the front of the list. It is our policy that we handle home warranty service requests in the order they are received. We did not break her a/c, we were not the source of her problem. she just threw a fit and started name calling when she didn,t get the answer she wanted, so we refused to service her.
