I was completely horrified when I took my daughter for a simple trim, she had very long hair and I simply asked for 1 1/2 inch trim- straight across was my clear instructions to the hair dresser. She took 3 inches off the back and 5 inches of the left side of her hair. I immediately jumped up and asked her what she was doing...she tried to tell me that she was tapering the sides...I tried to keep my composure and told her that is not what I asked for and to make sure that it was even. I think I was in shock because it took me a full day to realize what she had done.



I called the corporate office to file a complaint, I told them I have a picture of what their hairdresser did to my 6 yr old daughters hair and how upset we both were. I explained the situation and was told an email would be sent to the owner of that salon and they would contact me. Nothing, no phone call, no oppology, nothing.



Please beware when choosing this place that clearly has no business cutting hair period!



stick with a professional stylist. It is not worth the risk to save a few dollars on even the most simple trim.
