Kadence Health Care

Have only had one interaction so far, receiving a CPAP unit, but everything was received when stated, and plenty of replacement bits were included. So far so good!

I would definitely not recommend Kadence for rental or purchase of CPAP equipment due to major billing errors and inconsistencies between what is billed and what I am told on the phone. Payments are not even noted when made and therefore, you will often be billed twice. It seems as though no one really knows what is going on there when it comes to your bill. Very frustrating! For example, I was sent a bill for $1400 and was told this was because I did not meet compliance on my unit. I did meet compliance and ,said as such, whereby the amount was reversed. This was just one of many inconsistencies. I also called because I felt my unit was actually causing sinus infections and then was told that it should have been replaced after 6 months. It would have been nice to know this beforehand. The new unit did come quickly and for that I am grateful. However, now there is again a discrepancy on the amount I owe for this new unit. I was told one amount which I paid over the phone and now am billed again for another amount. Can't wait until all billing is completed thru insurance and get out of this !

What a wonderful company to work with. I wasn't really sure what I needed when I went on home oxygen and CPAP, but these folks were great. They made an appointment, came to my home and explained everything. It was covered by my insurance, and now I feel much better. I'm getting a good night's sleep and would recommend Kadence Heathcare to anyone needing any type of home medical equipment or devices.
