At&T Store

ATT Customer service said I can come to any ATT store & pick up 2 SIM cards.

After work I dropped by the store to pick up 2 SIM cards, take them home & activate it over the phone. But this did not happen!

Got to the store and waited a few minutes until finally someone greeted me.

Erick came to help me & immediately noticed his lack of customer service.

Asked him if I can have 2 SIM cards to activate my phones when I get home. He said “I can’t do that”, “Phones have to be here” because of “possible fraud”. I can understand his response, maybe its in-store policy! But just the fact that he was giving me attitude is what I could not tolerate.

I left the store mad! I got to my car and decided to call other stores.

I called 3 ATT stores and they “ALL SAID” I can drop by and pick up the 2 SIM cards even though I don’t have the phones with me.

Will never go back to this store thanks to Erick.

Horrible customer service and to top it off, he never makes eye contact!!!!
