Way too many problems in our home. We've had a rotting roof within a few months, a wavy roof both front and rear/trusses not on the same plane, drain field issues, multiple hvac issues, multiple plumbing problems, and various other issues. They do not have a seperate warranty department, regularly ignore emails, and are delayed on any repairs that are done. This is a completely different business following closing. It has been a nightmare for my wife and I and other neighbors in our neighborhood. I recommend you avoid this business and for those that post immediate kudos, I hope you don't need repairs because I'm guessing your words would change.

They were very professional and friendly and cared about building the home of our dreams. I truly love my house.

We love our new home built by Trigon Homes. The quality of the house is fantastic and they exceeded our expectations.
