Blue Ridge Animal Hospital

We have been going to Blue Ridge animal hospital since 1994 when we first got our first Golden Retriever puppy Packer. Dr. Beamer is the best vet. He always cares about the patient, it is never about the money. All the employees have always treated us with respect and dignity through our happiness with new puppies or through our losses. We have had golden retrievers live long lives 17 1/2 years 13 1/2 years 9 1/2 years 10 years. and we are in the process of getting 2 more golden retriever puppies in 2 weeks, which Dr. Beamer be taking care of.

I have been going to this clinic for over 40 years and totally trust the care given! Chip Byrd is my animals vet but I have also had the good fortune to have had several of the other doctors help my pets. They are ALL compassionate and experts! I am so glad to bring my "patients" to Blue Ridge!!

I love this vet! We use Dr. Rushing for our dog and Dr. Young for our cats and both are fantastic and really seem to care about the animals. I did an emergency visit for a back injury on my dog plus a follow up the next morning (a Saturday) and with medications it was just over $100.

I would not recommend this vet. I have used this vet several times and have been very displeased each time I have used them. They are very unpersonable and have very high prices. You will not leave this vet with a bill under $200 - $300. They seem to find a way to run up your bill. I have used this vet as a last resort because it is close to my home.
