Tranquility Salon & Spa

Response to above review, that women (the reviewers wife) that was asked to leave was asked nicely to go outside, no scene was made, we had 2 other client in salon that night, the others were workers, and they didn't even know what happened , she was asked nicely to leave , where no clients or staff could here, she chose to enter, Tranquility after and comment(one reason not allowed) the owner did not, the author of the review above tried to bully owner into answering questions, previous events led to the owners decision, which in business sometimes decisions have to be made! And we doesn't become the number one salon in Jefferson County by being unprofessional! I thank everyone for their time and patronage!

I went there with my daughter to get her hair colored and styled and my hair cut with one of the stylist that works there. I have been going to this place for about a month now. While I was there though I witnessed the OWNER of this salon kick a woman out of her salon in front of all of the other customers and tell her she is 1 of 2 people that will never be allowed in her business. The woman was being quiet and to herself, not speaking any louder than any of the other ladies there and not speaking rudely to any one, so I can't even begin to understand how the OWNER of a customer service based business could be so absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL AND OF SUCH LOW CLASS. I understand that there are times as an owner of a business you have to take matters into your own hands but usually its in a bar with a bunch of 40 yr old adolescent power drinkers but not in a Salon and do it in such an unprofessional and demeaning way, in front of everyone in the store as if to try and belittle this woman for whatever reason,it was absolutely APALLAING and to one of her stylist clients not even one of her own clients. Who would want to work for such an over bearing, rude and hateful individual. Needless to say my entire family and I will not be back to that DEN of Hatred and ANGER!!! Hopefully she doesn't hate anymore of that stylist clients cause she won't be making much money.
