HORRIBLE STORE ! merchandizing is terrible, nothing is displayed correctly and everything is on the floor. Customer service in non-existent, the employees ALL have serious attitudes and just walk past you hoping you don't ask them a question. Only one cashier on duty in a long long line of 10+ customers. I left my merchandise and will never shop SEARS OR KMART AGAIN.........MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED FOR RUNNING A MESS LIKE THIS. REGIONAL AND DISTRICT MANAGERS NEED TO SEE THIS STORE ASAP.

Im happy to have a place I can go to for everyday needs and quick wants. However, the place needs "more" in my opinion. Everytime Im looking for something its never stocked and I could come back a week later then again the following week and its still not there! Examples: Makeup, some OTC meds, dental scrapers/floss/proxy brushes and electric toothbrushes just to name a few. When they took in some Sears products and changed isles etc...it was really nice to see they had a scrapbooking section in the back...however for some reason it poofed quickly GONE! I mean to ask about that but forget every time Im in there. The food section has gotton better and they of course added Sears appliances in there. The selection of vacuums are better then before as well. I wish they had more of a selection on bedspreads, sheets and especially pillows! If they are taking in Sears products there should be some nice down pillows in there but most are all poly fill! I'd like to see more carpets, runners etc but its always the same things! I could go in there blindfolded and know where things are and whats there. It is warm in there and have complained before about cleanliness. They have updated the restrooms and thats nice! They have a big family restroom or good for disabled..gives plenty of space for a wheelchair etc to get in and around in there...then they have the womens and mens. I'd like to see more toys geared towards the tween age group as it seems more toys for the very young only. The sporting goods section I would like to see more selection of things as well as to the section of wrapping paper! Not much to choose from. Also, school supplies, notebooks etc should still be year round and you can find regular 3 ring bound binders but not much else other then 3x5 index cards and of the such...there should be more phone books, agenda books, daytimer like books as well as composition and notebook paper "all year round"! Just my opinion! Many times Im in there and see lines backed up and you have all of these registers with one or two people only working them. Why put in all those aisles of registers!? I've never seen them all working at once even at Christmas time! They also need to update their music selection as there is never alot to choose from as you could in your local target or walmart stores. This would be a nice addition too. Overall, I am pleased with having Kmart nearby but do wish they'd add much more for the home then they now have. Better bedroom (sheets/bedspreads/down pillows/curtains and rugs) to choose from and regular curtains would be nice as wellas more variety in bathroom.
