I have used this company in the past and the service is wonderful! Knowledgable staff and extremely patient. Having said that I wish I had asked about pricing on the phone before they came out!

They rodded the outside trap 2 years ago and the bill was $249 after 10% discount, which was why I called them when I had a problem.

This time the was a trip charge of like $79 and the same Rodding cost me $489.00 AFTER THE 10% discount :(

That's almost dbl their price 2 years prior.

Unfortunately my budget can't afford those kind of prices so I will be looking elsewhere in the future.

From what I understand from call around the $250 price point us more in line for Rodding out an outside trap.........I feel like I was really over charged :(

I called Four Seasons when my Water heater went out. they were able to get a plumber out there that day with a new one! Before I knew it I had hot water again... the plumber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This was a very pleasant experience, I will defiantly use them again.

Called Four Seasons at 7 on a Friday night for a pipe that was spraying water all over my basement and they had someone out within 2 hours. Guy I talked to on the phone was extremely patient as I explained my situation and the plumber that came out was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had the problem fixed within a couple hours and saved my basement. Will be using them next time I need something.

For a general main sewer line rodding that's directly accessible through an outside door, they charge $350!!!!!

Called these guys when our sewer line backed up they came out right away, took care of the problem and also said they could do this yearly since we have the problem yearly and pay a reduced amount. Very nice and very thorough.

Definitely recommend these guys, called them out on a Sunday morning and they were out right away. Needed to have my drain rodded and got a very fair price.
