Truly honest and expert small business. Have used his services in the past. Today, our A/C went out and my wife was recovering from surgery, so her comfort was crucial. Called Mr. Otto, but since he had other service calls in front of me, he talked me thru diagnosing the problem and replacing the faulty part. Saved me money, and got the A/C running within an hour (incl the time it took me to go buy the part). Strongly recommend him.
