Giovan's Restaurant & Pizzeria

I ordered 2 large pizza's sat afternoon apparently something happen no mater who's fault it was I showed up with my debt card ready to pay and the young lady informed me there were no pizza's I informed her I did speak to what sounded like a boy or man. She went to the back of the restaurant and here came the owner with this look on his face like he was pissed at me for ordering food. There were other customer's present a small back and forth dissagrement started and I even offered to reorder the 2 pizza's but informed him of his lack of respect for paying customer's as well as another paying customer's who just paid for his food. I wasn't going to be treated like this by he yelling I don't know what the hell I am doing and he telling to get the -uck out of his restaurant . One customer told hay buddy relax and the owner told him to mind his own business that's when the customer pushed his food back and instisted on a refund the guy gave him his money back and I left I will never go back and I hope other's read this don't deal with the place . Just read the review's on yelp or yellow page's there have been a lot of complaint's about this owner .

My father was bullied by the owner of this place and threatened in front of employees and customer's who walked out and left there food because of what this owner did to my father. We ordere 2 pizza's from here we come here all the time my dad has had a problem with this guy before but he figured the bald headed man was having a bad day so he continued to go there.But after what happened yesterday we or my family will never go back.So 6/21/14 at approx. 4:30pm my dad went to get the 2 pizzas upon his arrival he was informed that the pizza's were never made and that he made a mistake my dad used his cell phone and wanted to show them but the girl said wait and he came the bully owner with a mean voice told my dad you never called why would my dad be standing in a place he called with his debt card ready to pay and the owner started yelling at my dad. Other customer's told the owner hay relax the man is just trying to pay for his food the owner told them to mind there own business the other customer's cancelled there orders and wanted there money back the owner gave them there money back and told them get the hell out and my dad too the owner has no respect for his paying customer's and it's ashame he even run's a place it won't be for long if you want to see all the complaint's about this owner
