Cranston High School West offers programs that help in academics, vocational preparation, social awareness, emotional maturity, personal responsibility and physical development of students. The school s academic curriculum includes English, social studies, mathematics, science, business, technology education, and family and consumer science. It also offers classes in art, music, and physical and health education. Cranston High School West provides a special education program that includes resource support services, such as adaptive physical education, speech and language therapies, and group and individual counseling. The school offers career and technical courses in health occupations, aquaculture, printing, and culinary and graphic arts. Cranston High School West is accredited by the Rhode Island Department of Education and the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Located in Cranston, R.I., the school serves students in grades 9 through 12.
