Dropped my equipment off with a 25$ deposite. They called me about a week later and told me my equipment was ready. Picked it up and ran fine. Will USe again.

Second time using this business, and two times very poor service. Promised delivery on Thursday, no call and no show. Called on Friday, and it was we meant to call you. You have to ask every single question in order to get any information, right down to how much will it be when it is delivered. Zero concern for the customer. If you expect any kind of service to go along with spending your money (and quite a bit if you go here), stay away. I'll buy another mower before I go back.

WORST SERVICE EVER!

April 2015 took my mower in. Problem was hydraulic hoses kept bursting. FINALLY, got call in August, went to pick up, the hoses immediately popped. they kept the money I paid. Wanted the mower fixed properly, they had put used hoses on it. Got call that the mower was repaired! When? December. What do you do with a mower in December. Nothing! I'll just wait a while like they made me wait. May 2016, went to get mower at a cost of 1800.00. Its repaired they say. Guess What? It keeps cutting off. NEVER AGAIN!

Clue one, skinny man on the phone replied after hanging up, we will call you when it's done. The sign said 7 to 10 days on repair. Took blower in on 3/15 now it's 4/6/16 and still no blower. Back story. paid 25.00 deposit followed up 2 weeks later said will be ready that Tuesday, was not ready, followed up that Saturday was told on the bench. They would call me, never did. Again followed up on 4/6 still not ready waiting on part. They called back said the carb would cost 240.00, yeah right! Bottom line worst customer service I'v ever had on something so minor. People I suggest you shop around before using this establishment. Cost me 25.00 bucks and a slight headache on this lesson!

this group will not stand behind behind what they sell . if they are asked to call you back they want . they are good at selling you something but ,if you have a problem they come get it an keep it for months on end never call you back , even if you call them , after keeping my Snapper for over 3 1/2 month the brought it back scratched an with a flat front tire , and when there guy called them , i was told if i sent it back there would be a charge to bring it back . this mower least than a year old, has burned up 3 belts will not go thought grass that i was cutting with a push mower . even to up grade the unit they would not do .. i was talked in to buying a grass catcher that should have stopped the belt burning problem . this is the worst place i have ever done business.
