Hillbilly Pets

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have used this place for a while, because they have great prices. However, I recently had a horrible, almost frightening experience. When they say they are "Hillbilly", they aren't being cute. They are being accurate, in a "Wrong Turn" kind of way (if you've seen the movie). I went to drop my pet off and met one of their employees I have never dealt with before. She had a horrible attitude and shook her head when I said I wanted my dog cut short, but not shaven, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I asked her if there was a problem and she snapped at me. She was also being rude to another male employee there. I just told them "nevermind" because I had this horrible, sick feeling in my gut about leaving my dog with them. They said they were stressed out because it was Christmas. However, when I decided to leave, that's when it got ugly. The male employee, instead of apologizing for his coworkers unprofessionalism, said "Okay, don't ever come back here then." This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. Think about this before you drop your pet off there: If they will treat humans like crap, how are they treating the animals when no one is around to see it? I couldn't do that to my girl.
