Aweful Customer Service --- they are rude and show obvious disrespect for the comsumers they serve. After receiving a wrong pick up order that the business acknowledged they handled and filled incorrectly, they refused to refund the card or provide rain check to pick up correct order on next visit. After having explained that to drive all the way back there was not only inconvenient but irrational considering they would have to, by law, throw the food they gave us away anyway. In the end, the manager not only said she would not offer a reasonable solution, but announced she was also going to hang up. Very unprofessional - they basically ripped us off.
