Coldwell Banker

We purchased a home from this person, who was the selling agent. She was also the neice of the seller. She NEVER disclosed to us, when we purchased the home, that the BUILT IN microwave/stove did not work properly...the oven worked but not the microwave, so now we are looking at $2K to replace the whole unit. Also, we found buckets under the bathroom sink after we moved in, and wondered what they were for. We found out when it first rained and the water came POURING into the bathroom from the skylight over the tub. She failed to include this info in the disclosures. Home inspection did not catch this because it was done on a SUNNY day. She totally screwed us. At closing she attempted to claim that oil cost around $3.50 per gallon and tried to get credit for the heating oil left in the tank, until we complained and she backed down. In my opinion and experience, this agent has NO ethics and you should NOT buy ANY listing of hers because she obviously does not believe in honesty. STAY AWAY FROM HER! Learn from our mistake.
