Got a beautiful used 2010 Prius with low mileage for a very good price through Albert Kumar, who was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He took me for a thorough test drive at my request on the streets and highway (excellent driver, BTW), and agreed to deliver it to my residence the following week at no charge. Then the car was delivered with an inch-wide chip in the windshield, deep 5-inch scratch by the rear tire and the rear bumper was falling off. (But wait, there’s more!). Got conned into signing up for the extended warranty and gap insurance by Sep, who said I had 30 days to cancel. When I found out that these 2 items tacked on an extra $1800 and the insurance company they use is a fly-by-night bunch of crooks in Florida with terrible reviews, I cancelled both. Explained I had a financial emergency and really needed the refunds ASAP and to please expedite. That was in May. Over 3 months later with repeated phone calls and emails to Sep and his manager and all I get when I call is that they’re out to lunch but they’re working ion it and they’ll call me as soon as they have some news. Liars and thieves who couldn’t care less about their customers. Small claims Court will be next.

These people are as dishonest as they come. They lack integrity from top to bottom! Stay away!

I have purchased two cars from this dealership and they have both been wonderful. I paid a fair price and the transactions were handled professionally. Both were used cars and I've never had a problem with either of them. I didn't experience any of the issues the other tipsters did. Personally, I give them a thumbs up!!
